New Construction In The Treasure Valley

It is not always possible for home-buyers to find their dream home on the open market we have today in Idaho.

This is why many clients are choosing to build their home.

There is a large selection of builders in Idaho, some of quality and some that I would prefer my clients to be cautious about and avoid. What you need to know is that the home build process is very manageable with the right team on your side.

I would love to meet with you and give you some very important pointers regarding this process and what you can expect in timing to complete your beautiful home. Most of the time I do not represent the builders and I represent only the buyer, giving you an advocate and guidance that you will need to go through this intense process to protect your interest. Occasionally, I will represent a builder but I still put the client’s interest and needs at the forefront of all business dealings.

Here is a summary of the six phases involved and detailed in my confidential and exclusive building report that you must have before you begin building here in Idaho. Each one of these phases include very detailed steps to take in your home build. KEY – GET IT IN WRITING!

Phase 1 – Finding Your Land

Phase 2 – Designing and Permits

Phase 3 – Ground-Breaking and Building

Phase 4 – Picking your Interior Selections, Electrical and Plumbing Placements, and Landscaping

Phase 5 – Conducting Periodic Walk-through and Final Inspections

Phase 6 – Finalize all Repairs in Writing and Prepare to Close
